It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mark and Lorna. Their exceptional customer service and friendly attitude made this (what I first thought to be daunting) process both enjoyable and exciting. Whenever I had a concern or question, no matter how trifling they were always at hand to offer reassurance and advice.
